Bolt Studio produced a series of explainer videos for the Government Human Resource Management (GHRM) Digital Readiness Assessment (DRA) initiative. The videos were created to communicate the purpose, framework, and process of the DRA programme in a clear and engaging way for government agencies.

To strengthen the message and provide leadership perspective, the video includes an interview with Dato’ Raiha, who shares insights on the importance of digital readiness and its role in supporting public sector transformation.

Our team handled the full production process, including concept development, interview filming, motion graphics design, animation, and post-production.

The final videos serve as an awareness and communication tool to help agencies better understand and support the Digital Readiness Assessment initiative.
