For AOGC 2019, we produced an instructional video tutorial designed to guide exhibitors through the digital E-Manual system used for event preparation and submission processes.

The objective was to simplify complex procedures into a clear, step-by-step visual guide, helping exhibitors quickly understand how to access the platform, navigate key features, and complete required submissions.

Through clean motion graphics, structured screen walkthroughs, and concise visual explanations, the video ensured that exhibitors could easily follow the instructions and reduce confusion during the event preparation phase.

The final deliverable served as a practical onboarding tool, improving communication efficiency between the event organisers and participating exhibitors.
