ABOUT THE PROJECT

Emma’s Perfect Mission is a story-driven corporate video created for PETRONAS, presenting a workplace journey through the character of Emma as she navigates performance expectations, career decisions, and professional growth within a corporate environment.

Rather than delivering the message through a conventional corporate format, the project uses a light narrative approach to make internal communication more relatable and engaging. Through office-based scenes, character moments, on-screen messages, and cinematic storytelling, the video frames year-end performance review and career mobility as part of a bigger message about growth, readiness, and embracing new opportunities.

The project highlights how corporate communication can be made more human, memorable, and emotionally accessible. By combining workplace realism with branded messaging, Emma’s Perfect Mission helps PETRONAS communicate an internal people-development message in a way that feels clear, personal, and story-led.
