We produced a leadership interview video series for INSTEP’s 40th Anniversary Coffee Table Book, created to commemorate the institution’s journey since 1981 and highlight its role in developing highly skilled talent for the energy industry. The series features prominent voices connected to INSTEP and PETRONAS, including Tengku Muhammad Taufik, Tan Sri Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin, Dato’ Raiha Azni Abd Rahman, Idris Ibrahim, and Farehana Hanapiah, positioning the content as both a historical reflection and a forward-looking brand narrative. The videos were developed as part of the broader anniversary campaign surrounding the launch of “The Inspiring 40 Years and Beyond,” which celebrated INSTEP’s legacy, people, and future aspirations.
